1953 Cadillac Convertible Series 62

This is the best year for the Cadillac with power steering, power seat, power windows, power top and automatic transmission these have long been famous for their body design and are extremely collectable. The car offered here is the recipient of a body off restoration about 10 years ago and still shows well with little wear since completion. Stripped to bare metal the floors are solid with no rust and the body is straight with a nice finish. The interior is all leather and in beautiful condition with red carpets and a black cloth soft top. The motor and transmission along with all four corners of the suspension and frame were all over hauled and cosmetically detailed when restored. All the chrome was triple plated and shows excellent. New wire wheels and wide white walls were installed to finish the factory General Motors look as it would have appeared on the showroom floor in 1953.Currently ready to drive or show this classic collectable car is looking for its next custodian as the current long time California owner has decided to sell.
