1969 Mercedes Benz 280sl
Same Northern California owner since 1975 with its old original pink slip title. The best of the best an automatic, air conditioned with power steering and a factory silver black two top car has had one repaint long ago on the outside of the car but the dash and door jambs are all original and in very nice shape. The paint scheme was silver body with black hub caps and matching black hardtop but when the owner painted the car he had the hard top redone in silver. This is a beautiful color combination for the car and it was well taken care of by its long time California owner. Mechanically the car runs and drives well. The interior looks as though it is all original with nice wood and an older soft top with the fogy rear window. The car is currently showing 25,000 miles on the odometer so there must be over 100,000 miles on it. The car has its original radio, tool kit, jack, tire block and spare along with the factory 280sl manuals. This is the highly collectible solid California car.
