1956 Lincoln Mark II

This is a highly sought after collectable car has the same long time ownership history dating back to 1965 with registration records and California title. Original owner was supposedly Bob Hope but we have no way of knowing. Sold back in the day from Palm Springs as the story goes. This one came from the factory in white paint with the red and white interior. It has spent its last 25 years on blocks in a dry storage and has an excellent body with no significant rust issues or signs of major accidents that we can see. Recently several thousands of dollars spent to get the car up and driving and operating again along with some brake work. I drove it back to the store and noticed the gauges are working speedometer and tachometer, horn works and the dash is in nice shape. The power seat works in all the positions as it should and most of the windows functioned properly. Looks like an original interior that will need to be restored when the car is painted and the bright work redone. It appears to be mostly complete with the emblem letters and jack in the trunk. The only thing we see missing is the spare tire. This one has the air conditioning option and it all seems to be intact. Here is the rare chance to do a nice restoration and not be in the car more than it is worth. These cars in perfect condition are over 100,000.00 dollars now.
