1973 Mustang Mach 1

This car was resting in under a tree in Riverside. The owner had bought it few years ago in Washington and parked it. With a jump start she fired right up. No rust believe it or not originally a red car with white interior, now painted green. Rear seat windows are fixed, staggered shocks, 220 kilometer speedometer. The very odd part is this one really was “Hecho in Mexico” The engine compartment is in Spanish including the firing order, door tag is from the Mexican government federal tag, but no-one seems to know about Mach 1’s built south of the border. Even the mags have "Baja" center caps. If you know of any information on these cars we would like to hear from you.
